Established in 2018, Bonjour has strived to provide our customers with the highest quality cuisine and a one-of-a-kind experience. Taking over from Dr. Gina Nelson in 2020, Executive Chef Mario Valdez brings his unique Argentinean flair along with decades of expertise straight from NYC’s International Culinary Institute for an extra bit of sparkle.
